In a new build the work spans the whole project: design starts before the concrete is poured, the infrastructure is prepared during the structural and electrical stages, and installation and programming take place towards the end. In an existing home, a wireless smart home installation usually takes from a few days to two weeks, depending on the number of control points.

An electrician builds the infrastructure and the panel, but a smart home installer designs the logic of the system, programs the controllers and integrates lighting, air conditioning, shutters and security. In most of the failures we are called to fix, the electrical work was sound; what was missing was a smart home technician's knowledge.

As early as possible. The cheapest decisions are made on paper: point locations, conduit diameter and the size of the electrical panel. A change at the design stage costs a few shekels; the same change after the concrete is poured costs tens of thousands.

Yes. In existing buildings we install a wireless system that uses the existing electrical wiring, without chasing or breaking walls. The scope of control is almost the same as wired; the main difference is how information travels between the components.

A dealer sells one brand's hardware. We design, install and supervise the whole system, and choose equipment by what suits the home, not by whom we represent. That is also what lets us combine different brands in one system.

At the end we run orderly acceptance tests on every control point and hand over as-built documentation of the system: the panel drawing, the controller map and the list of scenes. That documentation is what lets any future technician work on the system without taking it apart again.
