Always in control
An old system? Not working?
You do not have to start from scratch.
Over the years, even the most advanced system can wear out:
components age, communication weakens, and the system no longer responds the way it used to. In most cases
this is not a total failure, but signs that call for a proper, professional and honest diagnosis.
What do we do at ACCORTO?
- 🛠️ Professional diagnosis on site
We come to you, check every component, find the source of the problem, and tell you honestly what can be saved, what is worth upgrading and what should be replaced.
- 🔧 Repair or smart replacement
We do not come to tear everything out. We upgrade what works and replace only what needs replacing, preferring modular solutions that stay open to the future.
- 🔄 Upgrading existing systems to more advanced ones
Even if the old system was a closed one, there are ways to connect it to new technology without starting over.
- 📱 Re-fitting the system to the way you live now
Maybe your habits have changed, the children have grown up, the study has become a bedroom. We make sure the smart system speaks to you today, not to the past.
- 🧩 KNX systems and ETS programming
We diagnose and reprogram in ETS, including systems installed by others and systems with no project file. We complete what is missing and leave you full documentation.
Our advantage?
At ACCORTO we are not just system installers. We are field people with a deep understanding of both electrical systems and communications.
We bring you a real solution, not a cosmetic one: one that gives your home back its control, comfort and calm.
You do not always have to start again.
Sometimes it just has to be fixed properly.
Your system is not smart any more? Let us bring that back.
Leave your details, and together we will see how to upgrade, save, and get proper control of your home again.
Smart home repair and restoration: questions, answered
The installer disappeared halfway. Can the system be saved?
In most cases, yes, and it is a large part of our work. We diagnose what was actually installed, map the controllers and circuits, and complete the missing programming and documentation. Only in a minority of cases does hardware need replacing.
What are the most common smart electrical faults?
Controllers that have lost their network pairing, scenes erased after an update, switches that respond slowly because of an overloaded network, and circuits wired into the panel differently from the plan. It is almost always a configuration or communication fault, not a hardware one.
Does the whole system need replacing, or can it be repaired?
It can almost always be repaired. Properly installed wired infrastructure is worth a lot of money, and even if the controllers are old they can usually be upgraded without touching the infrastructure. A full replacement is needed mainly when a closed system was installed and its manufacturer has disappeared.
What if there is no documentation for the system at all?
We rebuild it. We map the panel and controllers systematically, identify which circuit belongs to which point, and produce as-built documentation. This is the stage that takes the longest, and it is exactly why you should insist on documentation at the end of every project.
How much does restoring an existing system cost?
The cost depends on the condition of the infrastructure and how much needs completing, not on the price of equipment. An initial diagnosis lets us give an accurate range, and in many cases the restoration costs a small fraction of what the client paid for the original system.
Can an old system be upgraded instead of replaced?
Yes. Replacing outdated controllers, adding a modern gateway or moving to a new app can bring a ten-year-old system back to full working order. We first check what can be kept, and only then recommend what really needs replacing.
