Smart Home Supervision

Always in control

Smart home supervision

Whether you are building a complex luxury project, looking after every detail as a developer, or simply want a smart home that really works,
there is one thing everyone needs: someone on your side who makes sure everything is done right.

An exceptional service, born in the field.

This service was not designed on paper. It grew out of the field.
We were called into projects that had collapsed under faults, schedules that had blown up, and above all frustrated clients who had not received what they thought they were paying for.

Sometimes we managed to save the situation. Sometimes it was already too late.
The mistakes were big and expensive, and they hurt the quality of life of the people themselves.

We realised something was missing in the middle: a neutral, professional party that does not promote any particular system, but makes sure everything is designed right, looks right and works as it should.

That is exactly why our service was born:

Professional guidance, supervision and control that make sure your choices are precise.
That you do not buy too much equipment (or too little), that the design fits your home and your family, and that everything progresses as it should, without surprises.

With a deep background in training professionals and in solving complex faults (ones that even the system manufacturers had given up on),
and with experience in standards work alongside the Standards Institution of Israel, we bring a foundation of real understanding and precision.

So what do we offer?

  • A professional review of the existing design
An in-depth review of the electrical and smart system plans, catching failures before they happen.
  • A precise match between your needs and the system
So you do not pay for equipment you do not need, or discover during the work that something is missing.
  • Guidance throughout the process
Coordination between the trades, supervision of the work on site, and answers in plain, clear language.
  • Keeping to budget, quality and schedule
No compromises and no needless faults.

Why us?

We are not just another installer. We are systems people.
Extensive experience in training professionals, in finding and solving complex faults, in working with the Standards Institution, and a 100% success rate in resolving faults. Put us to the test!

And that is exactly what you get from us: peace of mind, professional guidance, and a completely different experience of your project.

Why does it matter?

Because a smart home is not a box. It is a system of decisions.
And we are here to make sure you make the right ones.
At the right time. On the right budget. With accountability.

Supervision: questions, answered

What exactly does a smart home systems supervisor do?

The supervisor represents you with the contractor and the installer: checking that the infrastructure was built to the plan, approving each stage before it is closed up, making sure the equipment installed is the equipment ordered, and running the acceptance tests before handover.

My contractor already has an electrician. Why do I need a supervisor as well?

The contractor's electrician works for the contractor. A supervisor on your behalf looks at the work from your point of view and, above all, knows the specific requirements of control systems, which differ from those of ordinary electrical work. Most of the defects we find are not electrical faults but gaps between the plan and what was built.

At which stages is supervision most critical?

Three stages that cannot be fixed cheaply afterwards: before the concrete is poured, when the conduits are finished and before plastering, and when the electrical panel is closed. A defect found after plastering costs several times more to fix than one caught a day earlier.

What is the difference between a construction supervisor and a smart systems supervisor?

A construction supervisor oversees the whole project: structure, finishes, schedule and budget. Our supervision focuses on the smart electrical and control layer: communication infrastructure, panels, controllers, programming and integration. On large projects the two work side by side.

What do you get at the end?

An acceptance test report for every control point, as-built documentation of the system, and a defect list closed out with the installer. That is what lets you take over the home confident that the system really works.

When is the best time to bring a supervisor into the project?

Before the electrical work begins. A supervisor who joins late can find defects but can no longer prevent them, and that is the difference between a note in a report and work that has to be taken apart and done again.
